Cancellation

Returns

  • All school learning products come with a 7-day trial period.
  • If unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days from the start of your first session for a full reimbursement—no questions asked.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Do not accept packages that are open, damaged, or tampered with at delivery.
  • Return requests must be made via:
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  1. 100% refund if the request is made within 7 days of the first class/session.
  2. Refunds must be requested via the registered email ID, including the registered mobile number, within the 7-day window.
  3. Refunds will not be accepted via any other communication methods.
  4. For purchases via EMI, Bajaj Finance, or other third-party offers, users are liable for charges/penalties/interest per third-party terms.
  5. Refund processing time: within 60 business days.
  6. Refunds are not applicable after 7 days of usage.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in case of product damage upon delivery.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
